NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given to all concerned in the Village of
St. Anne, Illinois, that a public hearing will be held by the Village Board of
Trustees on Monday, February 13, 2012 at 6:45 p.m. at 190 West Station Street
(the Village Hall) in St. Anne, Illinois for the purpose of hearing public
comment concerning the Village’s application for a grant to install a new iron
removal and filtration system for the Village’s public water supply.
All interested persons are invited to attend such hearing at the date,

the WHEREAS,
it is necessary that an application be made and agreements be entered into with
the State of WHEREAS, criteria of CDAP are such that financial participation by the grantee is required in conjunction with CDAP funds.
1)
that the Village of St. Anne apply for a grant under the
terms and conditions of the State of 2) that the Village President, David O’Connell and Village Clerk, Ken Blum on behalf of the Village of St. Anne execute such documents and all other documents necessary for the carrying out of said application. 3) that the Village President, David O’Connell and Village Clerk, Ken Blum are authorized to provide such additional information as may be required to accomplish the obtaining of such grant. 4) that the Village of St. Anne does hereby commit funds from _____(account/fund)_____ for use in conjunction with an Illinois Community Development Assistance Program grant, such funds to equal 25.0% of the estimated total project cost of $446,000, or $111,500.
